About Us
At Walt & Gordon, we know the challenges of being an entrepreneur because we’ve lived them. We Doordashed our way through business school at BYU — 3 years of delivering food for roughly 8 hours a day, every day, surrounded by the "startup culture" of Utah. Everyone wanted to be the next big founder, and we did too. We schemed, we brainstormed, we tried—nothing stuck.

Then one day, while out on a Doordash delivery his junior year, Ezra saw a yard sign for a plumber with nothing but a phone number on it. He called and asked if he could build him a website. The plumber said yes. Then his friend said yes. Then their friends said yes. Family members said yes. And it has been miracle after miracle ever since.
After years of failed startups, we finally realized the secret to business: stop trying so hard to start one. Instead, focus on serving and solving a real problem. Once your product or service solves a real problem and provide actual value to others, the business will follow.
A favorite quote of mine is "Entrepreneurship done wrong feels like sales. Entrepreneurship done right feels like service."

With a desire to help others (and a lot of help from Heaven), Walt & Gordon was born. We're now living our dream of being together 24/7, working from anywhere, and helping people chase their dreams. We chose the name Walt & Gordon in honor of two eternal optimists who inspired us as children and even now: Walt Disney, a dreamer who defied doubters and has brought so much joy into the world, and Gordon B. Hinckley, a spiritual leader whose unwavering faith in God and positivity shaped our own journey at a young age. Walt’s entrepreneurial spirit and Kansas City roots (like ours) drive us to dream big, while Gordon B. Hinckley’s example of faith, work ethic, and perseverance remind us that building your dream takes faith, dedication and time.

Years later, we've now helped entrepreneurs and businesses all over Utah, Missouri, Oklahoma, California and beyond grow through powerful, story-driven websites. Our business has been built 100% through word of mouth and SEO, and our mission is simple: equip dreamers with websites that don’t just look great but actually drive results.

Ezra graduated from the BYU Marriott School of Business in April 2024. Sabrina graduated from the same in April 2025. Kalani (4 years old) claims to be graduating from BYU soon as well, so we'll see how that goes... and yes, she is a red head. Surprised us too.
