Here is our story.

At Walt & Gordon, we understand the challenges of entrepreneurship because we’ve lived them. While in business school at BYU, we Doordashed 8 hours a day just to get by—juggling deliveries, parenting, and full-time classes.

 

Like many in Utah’s startup scene, we have big dreams. So we brainstormed. We built. But nothing quite took off—until one day, on a Doordash delivery, Ezra noticed a simple yard sign for a plumber with just a phone number. On a whim, he called and offered to build a website. The plumber agreed! Ezra had designed websites before, but never imagined it could become a way to help others. So he kept offering—and business owners kept saying yes.

 

Three years later, we haven’t stopped.

After countless failed startups, we finally realized the secret: stop trying to “start a business.” Start by serving people and solving a real problem. When you add genuine value, the business follows.​ A quote we live by is, “Entrepreneurship done wrong feels like sales. Entrepreneurship done right feels like service.”

Walt & Gordon was born from that mindset. With a lot of help from Heaven, we now live our dream—working together, from anywhere, helping others chase theirs.​ We named our company after two dreamers who shaped us: Walt Disney, whose imagination, perseverance, and big dreams inspire our own, and Gordon B. Hinckley, whose faith, optimism, and work ethic have been a lifelong compass. Their legacies remind us to dream big—and stay grounded.

Today, we’re proud to be one of Utah’s top web design agencies, helping entrepreneurs across the West build story-driven websites that grow real businesses. 100% of our growth has come through SEO and word-of-mouth.

Ezra graduated from the BYU Marriott School in 2024. Sabrina graduated from the same in 2025. Kalani (age 4) says she’s graduating soon too, so we will see how that goes. And yes, she’s a redhead. That surprised us too.
