What if my request is bigger than $100 of work?

Accepted Answer

We'll tell you before we start, not after. Every request gets reviewed.
If it's outside the scope, we immediately refund the $100 in full and send you a quote for the actual work. You decide from there, and there's no pressure either way. Checking the list of what the hundred covers keeps you safe!

Can I send more than one change at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you should. A batch of small edits sent together counts as one request.
Updating your hours, swapping two photos and fixing a typo is one $100 request, not three.

Question 3

How fast is turnaround?

Accepted Answer

Most changes are live within two business days. Care plan members go to the front of the queue.
If something is genuinely urgent, mark it urgent in the form and we'll do our best to get it done same day.

What if something on my site is broken?

Accepted Answer

Fixing anything that's broken that we installed is always free, plan or no plan. You don't pay for that.

If you added it after we turned the site over to you, however, that's us playing clean up. So that will require a change request. 
Text or call if something we did is broken, we'll usually get to it same day.

Where do I find my plan code to type in for unlimited change requests?

Ezra would have sent it to you via email and text. It will never change. If you can't find it, text Ezra and he'll resend it in a minute.

Question 6

Does unlimited on the plan really mean unlimited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send as many as you want and we'll work through them one at a time, in the order they come in.
We've never had to put a number on it. In practice people send two or three a month. If we feel the plan is being abused beyond it's outlined scope or intent, we'll just have a conversation. (We've never had to do that. Our clients are awesome.)

Question 7

Regarding the 2 monthly assets, can I pick the same thing twice?

Yep. Two blog posts, two service pages, two location pages, whatever helps most that month. They don't have to be different.

Question 8

What if I join partway through the month? Do I still get to pick 2 growth assets from the list?

Accepted Answer

You still get two assets that month. We don't prorate it, and we don't make you wait for the first of the month.

Do the projects count against my unlimited changes?

Accepted Answer

No, they're totally separate. Unlimited changes is unlimited changes. The two projects are on top of that.

Not at all. Most of our clients haven’t.

How much does a website cost?

That's a little like asking, “How much does a new home cost?”

Well… it depends. Are we talking about a 700-square-foot tiny home or a 6,000-square-foot custom build?

3 bedrooms or 8? Basic finishes or fully custom?

Websites work the same way.

The investment depends on what you need — number of pages, functionality, e-commerce, SEO depth, integrations, and overall strategy.

Before anything starts, you’ll know exactly what it costs to build and what you’re getting. No surprise invoices. No hidden add-ons. Just a clear scope and a clear, one time fee that you'll pay us.

And if it doesn’t make sense financially for you, we’ll say that upfront.

How long does it take?

Most projects are completed in 3–6 weeks. but we have a rush fee option if you need a quicker turnaround. We always set a date with you for version one to be completed, then we refine it with you till you love it.

Our goal is to launch sooner rather than later.

What if I don’t like the design?

You won’t be surprised.

We build in collaboration with you. You’ll see direction early, give feedback, and we refine until it feels right. We don’t disappear and come back with something random and make you take it.

We build out an early version one, then send it to you for feedback. Then we refine and perfect it with you. It's not done until you love it and are confident sharing it.

Will this actually bring me customers?

That’s literally the entire point.

We don’t build websites just to look pretty. We structure them to clarify your message, build trust, and guide visitors toward contacting you or purchasing your product or service.

Better clarity = better leads.

A good website shouldn’t just sit there looking nice. It should be constantly working for you.

What do you need from me?

Surprisingly, not as much as you'd think.

First, we have a one on one conversation; phone, in person, or zoom. Whatever works best for you. During that chat, we get a pretty good overview of what you need.

We send over an email after that asking for things like your story, services, photos, and basic business info. If you don’t have everything polished, that’s totally okay. We help shape it for you.

You don’t need to be a marketer. You just need to know your business. If you just answer a few simple from us that we send over, you're all good.

Do I own my website when it’s done?

Of course. 100%.

It’s your website. Your domain, your platform, your content. We just build it for you — we don't try to trick you into being dependent on us forever.

If you want ongoing support, we offer it. If not, you’re free to run with it.

What happens after launch?

Two options:

1) You can manage it yourself (we’ll show you how), or

2) We can handle updates, SEO, and improvements for you for a fee.

Either way, you’re not left in the dark. You'll have the owner's cell and can call or text anytime.
